Jack did a great job from start to finish. Jack became our agent after four months of complete disappointment with another agency. They spent four months with no sale and all we could hear from them - just put down the price, accept the (ridiculous) offer...prices would fall down so you need to sell right now...etc. We started thinking there might be something was wrong with our house or could be our price expectations were wrong? Another upset was staging we paid for - no result again. Anyway we decided to leave them and appointed Jack. Then something completely unexpected happened! Jack sold our house after the FIRST INSPECTION for the right price! He is definitely the best agent we have dealt with!
