I never had to follow up with Jack or Joanne, they always called me first. They replied to my messages/calls “immediately”. They didn’t say much, but all the important info I needed. 4. Jack recommended a different approach compared to other agents I'd spoken with and in the end delivered a great result for us. He came out to meet me initially (outside his area) and had good communication once the campaign was underway. Only one minor glitch throughout the process, in terms of being on the same page re marketing which was not initially documented in our agreement.
