From the moment we met Jack we knew he would represent our home with the utmost respect and professionalism. His knowledge of the current market is second to none and we would recommend Jack to any prospective seller. Thank you again Jack for the success of our short and sweet campaign

Jack was a very caring agent . He came in didn't push and cared about what we wanted . He went above and beyond he knew what he could do for us and didn't faulted. It was a pleasure to work with him on the sale of our home

Jack was fantastic to deal with very knowledgeable and always kept us up to date at all times during our sale campaign. He was down to earth and went above and beyond to help us prior to sale and after. If we ever sell again we will definitely contact Jack again!

Jack is a very high efficient and experienced salesman. He knows market well. It is a right dicision to let him act as our agent. Thx.

We had a smooth and easy sale experience. Jack communicated honestly and regularly, he guided us with our expectations, and followed through exceeding our goal. On top of that Jack is a nice guy which made the process even easier.

Jack did an amazing job helping us to sell our home. He knew the area well and other comparable sales recently. He was informative and kept us in the loop through the entire process. We were very happy with the Fletchers team!

Jack did an amazing job selling my Mum’s home. The family needed to sell Mum’s home quickly so that she could be settled into an aged care facility. Jack helped the family achieve a fantastic result. A sale price above the high end of the range and a quick 30 day settlement. The family is breathing a huge appreciative sigh of relief as we can now get Mum settled into her aged care facility. Jack was so professional, ethical and hard working for us. Thanks Jack from the Griffiths family.

Jack is very easy going and very accommodating. He made certain that all of our needs were met. Jack has a great attitude, despite dealing with many challenges throughout lockdowns. He knows his industry well and I have full confidence in him to sell our house well.

We needed a quick sale for a good price during a small window of time between lockdowns, and Jack did not let us down. From the minute we signed him he was on the phone organising the staging, photos, video etc. We were on the market in 2 days and sold for the price we wanted in the short 5 day window before the next lockdown. Jack was always available whenever we called day and night, weekday and weekend, and was at all our open houses. On top of all that he was lovely to deal with. We can’t recommend him highly enough.

It gives me great pleasure to provide a strong, favourable review for Jack. He was so steady & patient as he steered the sale of my property through the coldest, wettest day in Vic for years, followed by storms that knocked out power here for over a week, then two weeks of lockdown. Given these circumstances I was wondering how things were going to work out. Jack kept me fully informed, providing valuable insights, and his knowledge & expertise led to a successful sale the week after. Thank you Jack!

Jack is one of the best RE agent we have met in the last few years. His experience in real estate market and the knowledge in quality of building and materials impress us a lot. Its definitely an pleasant and enjoyable house hunting journey with Jack, and we are very happy with the house purchased at a reasonably good price. I believe we are one of the many happy clients of Jack. If you want to buy or sell your house, Jack is definitely the one to go.
