Filippo was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Nothing was ever a problem and he would complete tasks immediately. I followed his advice and my unit sold for $150,000 above the reserved price. We could not have asked for more from Filippo, Monique and the team. They went above and beyond in so many ways (including managing renovations while we were away on our honeymoon!) and reduced our stress wherever possible. All throughout the campaign, they were super accomodating and always in contact. Filippo was very thorough and patient with us (first time sellers), and stepped us through the whole process.
