Filippo and his co-staffs are great in communication through out the purchase. However, I wasn't happy that I requested a cleaning of the property before settlement, to clean the carpet, windows, get rid of the rubbish in the storage...., but that wasn't carry out at all. I think the agent should have remind, and make sure the vendor carried out the cleaning of the property before settlement as requested. I was quite upset. That is the reason I can't give full 5 stars to Pilippo.
Filippo knows the Marrickville market extremely well, and has a great pool of contacts and potential buyers through their strong marketing outreach program. Really enjoyed working with Filippo and the team, who went above and beyond to make my sale happen. They were always contactable, with weekly updates provided with their progress.
