Fiona and the rest of team who handled the sale of my Mum’s house in Malvern were outstanding. Their consultation prior to starting the sales campaign was impossible to fault. They advised us on what we needed to do to prepare the house for sale and they helped us with the styling of the interior to present the home in the best possible way for sale. During the campaign Fiona did not miss a beat. We were kept up to date all the way through the campaign which made us feel like we were in the best possible hands. On auction day all of the team from MW were very attentive to our needs and kept us abreast of the interested parties and what to expect with the auction. The end result exceeded our expectations which I am sure is as a result of the expertise, professionalism and the way Fiona and her team managed the expectations of the potential buyers as well as us as the sellers. Fiona is an extremely professional estate agent. She is capable, empathetic, hard working and enthusiastic. Fiona understands what her clients are trying to achieve, be they either vendors or purchasers. She works really hard but is never "pushy" and I believe that she has a talent for satisfying both the buyer and the seller. Therefore, I would highly recommend Fiona to anyone who is considering either buying or selling property.

As a buyer it can be hard to build a relationship with an agent, but Fiona and her team did a terrific job of communicating clearly with us through the sales campaign and very competitive auction. A very professional, personable agent who I would strongly recommend to others.
