My Unit was only on the market 1 month before it was sold. Fiona co-ordinated the moving out of the current tenants during the sale period and finalised the rental issues on my behalf. Fiona Giess of Knobel and Davis recently sold us an Investment Property in Robina. The property was marketed by Fiona who presented it in the absolute best possible way with both internet listings with a virtual tour, and also within printed media. There was little chance the property would escape our attention as prospective purchasers. Then when it came time to physically inspect the property, Fiona went beyond the usual call of duty, and arranged inspection times outside the usual "open home" times so we had the opportunity to inspect and make an offer as a matter of priority. As such, she kept the best interests of the vendor at the foremost, whilst also allowing potential purchaser's the ability to inspect and make the all important offer.
