I was the Attorney appointed by Fiona's Principal for the sale of the first Lot in a small development at Southport. For reasons best known to the Principal, another agent was subsequently appointed to sell the remaining units. That process took a considerable period of time and the contracts were less favourable than that achieved by Fiona. Throughout the course of my dealings with Fiona I could not help but notice the degree of diligence injected into the transaction by her for both Buyer and Seller to ensure as far as practicable, the best experience and outcome for both parties.
