She was a wonderful combination of thoughtful and efficient, helping guide me through my first home sale. She was really communicative throughout, never pushy, very genuine and generally made an experience that could have been stressful actually pleasant! She worked hard each week to stay in touch with potential buyers and to keep the interest up. She was always prompt, available and quite unflappable even in the face of twitchy potential buyers, a nervous new seller (me) and the merry-go-round with lawyers. I was happy with the price a got for my house and the whole experience was fairly smooth. I'd happily recommend Fiona to anyone.

Fiona was able to give us direction on what we should do to make things better for the sale, she was always on the phone keeping us updated with the feel of the people who had seen the sign and wanted more information, she was there for extra showings and could not have done more for us.
