My partner and I interviewed representatives from several real estate agencies before accepting the marketing proposal presented to us by Fiona on behalf of Tracy Yap Realty. Being a resident in our area, Fiona was fully conversant with what our community had to offer potential buyers. Having achieved a recent sale in our complex meant that she was across the positives that she could highlight to promote our unit. Following her inspection of our unit, Fiona offered some constructive suggestions that she felt would enhance the look and feel of the property. We then sat down with Fiona as she outlined what she felt was the best way to market the property, the timeframe and who she felt was the likely demographic.
