Be careful when you deal with Fiona Tan from Cocco Property QLD, during our recent purchase she was the sales agent and we had very bad experience in dealing with her. She is very unprofessional. She demanded deposit even before cooling off period, and threatened that seller will cancel the contract if we don’t pay deposit immediately. She was not able to provide clear signed contract from the seller, when requested she said she cannot provide, deposit receipts were never sent on time. Confidential emails were sent to incorrect people by her and her seller’s conveyancer. She agreed to do the pre settlement on the settlement day at 10 am, did not come on time for the pre settlement inspection and again she threatened that if we postpone the settlement day, the seller will cancel the contract. Our property manager who was attending the pre-settlement inspection had to wait for 2 hours. She not only wasted our property manager’s time but conveyancer’s and our time too. She treated us like thieves and always threatened us saying owner will cancel the contract.
