Fiona had guide me through the market on how to sell in the right price. She calls me every week for a feedback on how my property went. She is very throughout and attention to detail. Very hardworking person and had sold my property in a good price. Most of her properties, even that townhouse, she sold $502,000 was the best price in Robertson. I doubt its another agent trying to exploit her. Totally Recommend her as she sold my Runcorn in a good price too !!!

Throughout the ordeal, Ms. Tan carried herself like she was doing us a favour, whenever money was involved, we were treated like petty thieves who tried to steal from her and bargaining for every cent. In fact, we never owed her any money or had any unreasonable request. She talked the property down and gloated her skill as an agent. The fact is, we’d get better results with much better service from another agent. We asked if she could check with the buyer on some work carried out by her handyman. She not only refused, but also aggressively demanded us to pay her handyman right away. Her relationship with her handyman was clearly far more important than her customers. Initially, a $2000 fee was going to be refunded after the sale. After signing a new copy of the contract there was no more refund which was not clearly communicated to us. 2 days after settlement, she threatened us with legal actions and debt collectors when we questioned about the refund. We told her, show us the new contract and we'll pay. She harassed us with offensive texts, accused us of breaking the law and having bad karma. AVOID THIS AGENT.
