Fiona did a great job. The house was very well appointed, the inspections professional, communication was open and the negotiations were fair and balanced.

It's a tough market with house prices falling, buyers being extremely cautious and not many people willing to buy at the moment. Fiona and Tim marketed the house well and managed to get good numbers through. We didn't achieve a sale at auction but did have more bidders than the average at this time because Fiona worked the potential buyers well and got them to attend. We sold the next day at quite a lot lower than we had hoped but this was due to the market. Fiona kept us very well informed all the time and is an excellent communicator both with buyers and sellers. She was always professional but has that lovely human touch too, she appreciates that selling your home is a highly emotional thing. We always felt that she was invested in us as people as well as wanting a result. Can highly recommend her, she works well with Tim Fraser to provide a great team effort to sell your home.
