It seems to me that, no sooner had an agreement been reached to sell the deceased estate property through this agent, the agent started pushing for the price to be dropped (by $85000!) and started finding fault with the property - things such as the "absence of a gym" in the complex - something plainly obvious before agreeing to take on the sale. Also the "marketing upsell" to my sister (who managed most of the sale) was excessive, agressive and resulted in unnecessary stress. Yes, the property was sold (for $44500 less than the suggested price), but the experience was made as painful as possible because of the unprofessional behaviour of the agent.
