Flora was a breath of positivity and energy in a tight market with interest rates on the rise. While we had many online views, the price we hoped for was under pressure but we got near enough to our reserve but most of all, selling from overseas, we were reliant on her energy to negotiate on our behalf, arrange improvements and even undertake repair work at her cost (and while I repaid her, she did n to ask). We were a little trepidatious going into the sale of our family home of 30 years, but with the kids gone, it was time to downsize. All our worries and stressors were put to ease when we meet Flora.
