On deciding to sell our home a close friend suggested I speak to Fran Harkin, principal at McGrath Sandringham. Notwithstanding my jaundiced view of the culture of the local real estate industry I respected my friend’s opinion & contacted Fran - it was one of the best pieces of advice I have ever been given.
