About Frances

After 30 years of working in various sales and customer focused roles with Australia Post, Frances has joined the Real Estate industry. As a keen investor at the young age of 19, Frances bought her first property and here commenced her passion for real estate. Through her experiences with Australia Post, she acquired various skills as a Sales Representative, contract negotiator and managing a client portfolio consisting of 78 major organisations. These skills require a high level of understanding customer needs and desired outcomes. Frances’s ability to master these skills have led her to major success in the logistical industry. She has been presented with numerous awards for her role in customer service and sales which are a testament of her passion to achieve a positive outcome for her clients. Now in the world of Real Estate, Frances is keen to continue serving her clients with the same honesty, passion and integrity to achieve positive outcomes. Commencing as a level entry Customer Service Officer, Frances quickly realised her passion for problem solving and understanding client needs.
