Frank sold our property at 10 Cullen Crescent Kangaroo Valley At the time the market was flooded with properties however Frank being the Agent he is took on the challenge to sell the house Frank started with the usual marketing strategy of photos and signage and then stepped it up to something I haven’t seen before and I’m sure many haven’t for that matter ! I lived interstate during the campaign and was hearing reports back from neighbours that Frank was actually inviting people to the house to “ Meet the House “ A bbq was set up on the veranda one afternoon and Frank was hard at it supplying potential buyers with barbecued goods , He’s not a 9 to 5 guy We had floods , road closures, driving rain on auction days Anything that could go wrong did However there was Frank still on the job . Another auction day and the auctioneer could not get to the property due the floods What a time to sell I was thinking ! Again Frank just kept turning up .
