Frank sold our property at 10 Cullen Crescent Kangaroo Valley At the time the market was flooded with properties however Frank being the Agent he is took on the challenge to sell the house. Frank started with the usual marketing strategy of photos and signage and then stepped it up to something I haven’t seen before and I’m sure many haven’t for that matter ! I lived interstate during the campaign and was hearing reports back from neighbours that Frank was actually inviting people to the house to “ Meet the House “ A bbq was set up on the veranda one afternoon and Frank was hard at it supplying potential buyers with barbecued goods. He’s not a 9 to 5 guy. We had floods , road closures, driving rain on auction days. Anything that could go wrong did, however there was Frank still on the job. Another auction day and the auctioneer could not get to the property due the floods, what a time to sell I was thinking ! Again Frank just kept turning up. The properties in town were moving slow due to the road closures and being the dead of Winter yet every week I would get a a call from a happy sounding voice being Frank telling me that it’s all perfectly fine, and it was. When you use Frank as an agent you don’t just get a agent, you seem to get a package that consists of an agent along with a mate and a dad all rolled into one. He honestly looks after you first . Frank found a buyer to the property and was very open and honest with the whole process. If I was looking to buy a property I would also use Frank due to his honesty. I ended up getting a call from Frank when I was hiking Cradle Mountain National Park. The snow was driving sideways at the time During the call Frank said he had a buyer and asked for my instruction Telling Frank I will leave it in his hands as I will be uncontactable, ideally will show the reader just how good he is. Hanging the phone up and turning to my partner I smiled . No words were needed. We both thought - Frank's got this!
