Frank and his team (Clayton and Cameron) were incredibly helpful and supportive from our very first meeting through to sale. Frank was recommended to us. His experience selling acreage properties in the region was invaluable to us, and we believe to the purchaser. Frank worked with us to devise the sale approach and marketing strategy initially and then executed changes as needed throughout the campaign. We were very happy with all aspects of marketing - sign boards, real estate websites, social media and print. We had local and Sydney reach throughout the campaign to maximise the number of views by prospective purchasers. This proved to be essential, and with Frank’s guidance, was money well spent. The Open Houses were managed very well by Frank, Clayton and Cameron. They represented the unique aspects of the property to those interested very well.
