About Frank

For most of my life I have lived and breathed real estate, helping sellers, helping buyers. Since joining the family business in 2001, having just graduated from Freeman College, I have been fortunate to have seen a lot of different markets. I have seen and helped sell a lot of different homes and I very proud to have represented a lot of great clients of all backgrounds, with all sorts of unique situations and circumstances. Many of which could be just like yours. From earlier roles in administration, property management, through to sales team leader these past 23 years has taught me a lot. In fact, the vibrant and captivating community that is greater Liverpool serves to remind me daily as to why it is good to live here. To be a part of this community. To be able to give back and to be able to help. It can be challenging to navigate today’s every-changing market. After all, there is a lot to take in. A mixture of fact and opinion, media reports, confusing statistics and well intentioned, but not always well founded, advice or opinion. Add to that the uniqueness of your situation and it’s understandable that making a move can at first appear daunting. But that’s where I step in. I am here to listen to what’s important to you. What really matters. I am here to help you formulate a strategy, a plan that will get you to where you want to go, in the time-frame you are wanting. There are hundreds of successful moves, a growing number of happy repeat clients that I have had the pleasure of helping during the better part of the last two decades and I look forward to being able to help you with your move. Nothing was too much!

Frank made us feel very comfortable during the purchase of our home. Nothing was too much and was always available to answer any questions that we had and was available to show us the property upon our request.

Sold in 7 days!

I can't thank Frank and the team at Elders enough. I listed my investment property with Frank 12 months ago, as the market was not ideal and I wasnt receiving the offers I was hoping for. Frank advised to withdraw the property from the market and look into it in the future. Saying that, we listed the property 12 months later and not only did we receive offers we were extremely happy with, it was sold in 7 days. Thank you Frank

Such a positive experience.
