Frank positions his business as ethically-orientated, and we found this very much the case. He surpassed our expectations in all respects. He listened to us, bent over backwards to get our property in the market to fit with our needs, and gave credible and plain sensible advice. I have dealt with a number of agents in the past, and it was refreshing to meet and work with Frank. We achieved an excellent result, but just as importantly, it was a satisfying experience selling through him. We would strongly recommend him.

I am very keen to let any prospective customers of Frank at TimeRealty that I found him a very professional agent to deal with. I appreciated his manner in all aspects of the sale, from the time I was speaking with him almost 18 months prior to my decision to list my property to the price negotiation. I am extremely happy with Frank Settineri as my agent. The unit I was offering was sold speedily and at a very good price.

We purchased this home 12 years ago through Frank, and it was a pleasure for us to use him on this ocassion to sell the property for us. His local knoweldge and professionalism was evident from the start. Our property was on the market for under three weeks and we had to also contend with comparable properties also coming on the market at the same time in our immediate area. Franks ability to differentiate our property from the others and his excellent negotiating skills enabled us to get a quick sale. We were delighted with the price we achieved for our property and would have no heitation in recommending Frank to other prospective sellers. Using a non aligned local agency, with a local well known and well respected agent, with local knowledge was certainly a bonus for us. Thanks to Frank and his team at Time Realty Five Dock from two very happy vendors.
