Selling our house with Fraser was a pleasure, he is very easy to deal with, has a lovely manner and a likeable personality. He doesn't give over inflated estimates of what he thinks you'll sell for, in actual fact our experience was that he keeps it realistic but over delivers and exceeds expectations. We were never pressured to sell or set a particular reserve, he provided guidance but left it to us to make important decisions.
