Gave very good intel on what prospective purchasers were telling him about the property and the expected price range. Was always honest with his feedback and advice and on auction day was very organized and looked calm and collected (as opposed to us the vendors). The sale of the property had a lot of emotion tied up with it (my mothers house) and he was very sensitive to the needs of his clients. Would highly recommend.
