Kelly was great- even checking on the property during heavy rainfall to check for leaks(as we lived some distance away). The weekly written reports were really helpful in keeping us up to date with the level of interest as the campaign progressed. They had no hesitation in spending a considerable amount of their time showing prospective buyers through outside of the set viewing times.
