For personal reasons I bought first and sold second. Including both sides of the trade, as well as redecorating etc, the process took three and a half months. During this time the mood of the media on property prices was rapidly deteriorating. Fraser not only did a great job of selling my property he project-managed five teams to do pre-sale work redecoration and styling work, etc . His recommendations for contractors were really first rate and he kept the project on track in the minimum of time. He got a large number of people through the apartment to view and expressing lots of interest. Probably because of evolving market circumstances, the auction didn't go ahead quite as planned. However, Fraser worked flat out to get a good offer and a sale within 24 hours of the scheduled auction. The sale price was at the low end of our original expectations 3.5 months earlier. Given the change in market circumstances over this period including the biggest interest rate hike in 22 years, this result was a great relief. Fraser exuded well-deserved confidence throughout. Given my mobility issues and living in the apartment throughout the sale it was great to see Fraser even turn up early to help with the 'styling' before each viewing.
