It's very rare in my experience to find a real estate agent that seems to genuinely care about every single person he deals with. There is no pretence. Fraser works ridiculously hard for his clients and I'd recommend him to anyone.

We have now used Fraser to buy and sell property, each time he has acted with integrity and passion that really sets him apart from any other agent in the area. His local knowledge is second to none. We approached Fraser when we first heard we may be relocating to NSW for information on the market and his thoughts on how we could sell the house we had purchased through him 2 years earlier. Fraser provided factual information and was realistic in the outlook of the market. Fraser worked hard to secure potential buyers and bring them through the house. He provided feedback after every single walk through as well as suggestions on how to improve the look and feel of the home ready for presentation to the next possible buyers. Fraser often called after hours to catch up with us, and made regular in person visits to make sure we were comfortable. We had an offer on the property within 2 weeks of putting the house on the market, which resulted in a successful sale. There was a hicup in the settlement, which was out of Frasers control, down the chain of buyers, however, Fraser took ownership of the issue and provided constant feedback of where we were at in the process, ensuring we were comfortable with what was going on. When we return to Western Australia, we'll be hoping Fraser is still in the industry as we will be buying through him again. I can't recommend him or the team at RRE enough.

Fraser and the team at RRE, said they would have my house sold by Christmas , and here I am All done and dusted in my new home 2 weeks early.
