In hindsight I would have accepted the 380 k offer to my husband, pre-renovation. However life is full of learning. Fraser has excellent communication with a friendly manner that makes you feel you have know him for ages, and I have not even met him. All along 'the way' he kept us 'in the loop' as to 'what is going on, why and how'. I am pleased to be able to settle with Keystart, who too have been great. The recent sale of our house didn't quite go to plan when the first buyers finance wasn't approved. Christmas was coming up in a couple of weeks so we were sure that another buyer would be months away. Fraser assured us that another buyer would be closer than we thought, and he got to work looking for new clients. Sure enough the week before Christmas he secured a cash buyer and the house was sold. As disappointing and stressful as it was to lose the first buyer Fraser was never rattled and maintained his usual high level of professionalism.
