To say Gail was outstandingly exceptional is an understatement. She was so professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the current market. She is down to earth, straight forward and extremely honest, which I loved, and does not give false hopes or promises. She is contactable which is very refreshing, and if not able to answer will also return your call the same day. She sold my house in 19 days, for the price I was asking. I cannot highly recommend Gail enough, and would have her as my agent and the agency she is working for at BD Realty again in a heartbeat, as they were all exceptional.

As soon as settlement happens, Gail put the key in the garden and messaged the buyer to get the key from the Garden. Very unprofessional. The property was advertised advised as built by coral home but there was no documents to prove it. The gas certificate was requested for new connection, but Gail never send any documents about this property to the seller. There was only one remote of the garage but Never mentioned it to the buyer until settlement happened. Unfortuneatley ,The lists goes on.... Overall, very bad experience after the property went unconditional
