Recently I decided to look at selling my property. This was not a forced sale, it was determined that if I could achieve the price I wanted I would proceed otherwise I would hold the property. Within 90 minutes of the auction completing they had arranged for two parties who had not attending to view the property, both who made offers well above the passed in price. These did not meet my criteria, and as soon as I reiterated what I would accept Gail came back within another 30 minutes with an offer that was in excess of expectations and a result that will hold up as a record for a property of this type in the area. I would use Gail and Daniel again for my property needs. Remember you get two senior agents working hard for you with good experience in any condition, and whilst you may pay slightly more it is quickly forgotten when the result pays for itself. This is the second property Gail and Daniel have sold in our family with equally impressive results.
I sincerely and deeply appreciated Gail's best efforts in selling my house.
