When I decided to sell my property I invited four agencies to bid for the sale. Gail stood out immediately because she was forthright; she did not over-promise; and came across as someone who had a lot of integrity. I was pleased that my instincts were correct. Throughout the sales program it was clear that she worked hard. She gave me continual updates on prospects and she did not try to gloss over her predictions. At auction we had only one bid and this was under the reserve so the property was passed in. Gail whipped into gear and the property was sold less than 10 minutes later and above reserve.
