Gail's colleague showed us through the property, Gail was very helpful through the negotiation process, there are some issues that were not resolved after settlement, (windows painted shut-which is a concern as it is a tenanted property, garden was left average, fireplace didn't work, stumps left in the middle of the backyard where the previous owners took the cubby house down, electric meter box on fire when power turned on, power kept shorting out, to only name a few) no assistance was offered after the purchase.
