Commencing in real estate as a sales secretary directly from school in 1999 as an 18 year old, Gail decided after six months to study to become a sales consultant & start a career in sales. That decision undoubtedly started her flair & passion for property, marketing, people and the fast paced lifestyle of a real estate agent. Over her 14 years in the real estate industry in Mount Gambier, Gail has performed admirably and has obtained a reputation for excellence in professional service, marketing and outstanding sales results for her clients. In 2015, Gail saw an opening in the market for home staging services and studied to become a Certified Staging Professional, to better assist her real estate clients obtain fantastic results through property presentation. Key 2 Sale commenced and she has seen a steady incline in the interest and the proven results property staging can provide and with her also obtaining her full real estate agents licence in 2016, it was then that she decided to put her sales experience and home staging knowledge together under the one banner. Not only can she present your home, she can sell your property for you, providing advice on the preparation of your home for sale, through to the marketing plan and finding you a buyer. A wife to Simon and mother to their two young children, Tom, 7 & Abbie 4, Gail has lived in the local area all her life growing up on the family farm at Moorak where she still resides today. She has renovated her own property, helped 100’s of buyers and sellers over the years realise their own property dreams and is proud of the many friendships she has developed with her clients and peers. To her selling property isn’t a job, it’s a lifestyle. One she thoroughly enjoys and works hard at – always striving to be at her personal best for her clients. She is continuously looking at new and innovative ways to assist clients get the best results when selling their home.
