Our experience with Gail Richards from KeytoSale R/E was exceptional. Her knowledge, professionalism and communication made the experience both pleasant and successful. We needed her to be on time for our appointments as we live in Townsville Qld and our visit to Mount Gambier was short. We kept her busy when we were there and she was never late on our requested times. Her local knowledge and experience made us feel comfortable in our purchase. Gail was prompt in returning calls and emails, was courteous and friendly at all times and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Gail and cannot thank her enough for the negotiations made on our behalf
