Gareth and his assistant Michael, Zoe have worked hard in the sale of our property. That doesn't exclude the work of others at Raywhite Oakleigh. Gareth shown his professionalism but also brought a personal touch when dealing with us as a vendor. A feedback I would like to give to Gareth is when delegate another team member to open the property, it would be nice if he inform the vendor as well. In all, Gareth is a young agent but always shown his calmness in all situations including the auction day.
I lost lots of sleep over which agent to go with but once decide Gareth was able to take over all the worry for me. He explained all the steps, procedures and alternative outcomes. He then gave me regular updates as things progressed so I felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time.
