We've just bought our house through Amber Werchon (settlement was today actually!) We'd been in the market for about 6 months, and had crossed paths with Gareth and Nicola a few times, with good impressions. We dealt with a few terrible agents (both from a much larger, well known firm whose colour is yellow) and were becoming disillusioned with the whole process. Gareth and Nicola had a property we were interested in, we engaged with them and have nothing but positive feedback. Communication was amazing, they made us feel like they were working for us as well as the seller and they always had time to talk to us and allay any concerns we had. They knew what we were after, and didn't try to convince us to purchase other properties that didn't fit us, as they knew exactly what we wanted. We can't speak highly enough of them both.

Gareth was approached by my wife and I after an unsuccessful experience with an other agent. Gareth came to see us along with Nicola Harper. We were both encouraged from the outset with the professional approach taken and advice given to ourselves. We were kept up to date during the process and after some 4 weeks our house was sold. Previously had been on the market for 3 months. Gareth and Nicola worked very hard to sell 12 Hilltop Crescent. The house was not the usual Australian house and did not suit all buyers. They however stuck to the task and did not give up. Full credit to their persistence and professionalism.
