We've just bought our house through Amber Werchon (settlement was today actually!) We'd been in the market for about 6 months, and had crossed paths with Gareth and Nicola a few times, with good impressions. We dealt with a few terrible agents (both from a much larger, well known firm whose colour is yellow) and were becoming disillusioned with the whole process. Gareth and Nicola had a property we were interested in, we engaged with them and have nothing but positive feedback. Gareth and Nicola worked very hard to sell 12 Hilltop Crescent. The house was not the usual Australian house and did not suit all buyers. They however stuck to the task and did not give up. Full credit to their persistence and professionalism.

Almost as in, "one can't choose one's parents", when buying, as opposed to selling, one can't choose one's agent, and I have experienced some truly awful, and pushy, agents. I admit to being rather cynical, and sales resistant, but on this occasion, I'm happy to say, Gareth was professional, informed, and did not apply undue pressure, which would have immediately turned me off. I always felt that, while obviously doing his best to represent his client the seller, I was always treated with respect. There were a few loose ends to tie up, even when the sale was unconditional, up, but I was impressed that Gareth contiued to be cooperative.
