Gareth lied about the property being inspected by the VBA and no combustible cladding was found. We relied on that information and purchased the property. We then found out it has combustible cladding but Gareth made excuses. The owner of McGrath was also not interested in meeting to discuss this which was the most disappointing part. When you make a mistake you should own up to it and try to fix it. This agency would rather screw over a first home buyer.

A considered and calm approach was always encountered with Gareth. The strong knowledge of the market area around the eastern to north eastern suburbs and the advice given was in line with best practice the industry has to offer in my humble opinion. Would recommend to other sellers in the North Eastern suburbs.

I found Gareth to be very honest and approachable. He listen to my wishes and I felt that he had my best interest at heart. I would reasoned him to any of my friends or family.
