From day one, our agent Garry Cooper – sounds funny saying ‘our agent’ because over the course of a short amount of time, he became our ‘go-to’ person for anything real estate related. When we first met with Garry, we found him to be extremely approachable, non-pressuring but above all he knew is product. This impressed both myself and my husband, we knew after our first meeting that Garry was ‘the one’. He assisted us with finding us a fantastic tenant for our beautiful home and after many discussions we decided it was time to put our property on the market. This is where Garry and his team shone through. He constantly works tirelessly and he would always make time to speak to us on what had transpired during the day, how many enquiries, and what the feedback was from the market in regards to our property. Although we knew he had other clients, it still felt like we were always a top-priority. Nothing has been a problem for Garry and he is so good at his job that he makes his job look seamless although I am sure it is not. Garry’s efforts paid off with our home topping a record breaking price in our suburb and Garry’s confidence in our home did not waiver. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Garry for anyone who is needing an agent who will deliver fantastic results, my only advice that I can offer to you is if you are wanting the best result for your property, listen to the honest feedback and take on board all the advice from Garry to help you achieve your best result. Garry is wonderful to work with, explaining every step of the process. Always phoning to update me and asking if I needed any assistance.
