Having sold a number of properties over the last 30 years, we'd heard it all from Real Estate Agents.....Zach was a breath of fresh air. Can't count the amount of times we've been told by agents that "we have a database of buyers waiting for property just like yours - yeah right! Zach actually did......Twice! He sold our house & a relative's house in the street behind us in 1 week, from his database! Someone who looks you in the eye and tells it like it is.....Outstanding Real Estate Agent!

As a buyer, you meet a tonne of dodgy and classless agents who sell you a bunch of lies or drag you along for a ride. Some even call one day and forget your name the next... Karl is miles different to the other people I have spoken to. As a person, he has charisma, pleasant, well mannered with a sense of humour. Alongside his personality, he has a great understanding of the local and surrounding market (Hills and surrounds) and is always willing to share any insights he has. I am glad to be a purchaser from him and of course, R&W Karl & Sara will be top of mind when I sell 10-15 years later for sure. Lauren Vella, who works with him is also pure class. She's a fabulous individual who is a great agent. She's accommodating, flexible and not afraid to do the hard work behind the scenes to make things happen even after the sale has gone through. Speak with Karl and/or Lauren - trust me, they will look after you.

Jen has been great in showing the properties and explaining in great detail about the property. She is understanding and has great ideas to bring great value. Overall, I'm happy with Jen's assistance from McGrath.
