I wanted to leave this review to the last minute in the event my opinion wavered in the closing stages of my purchase. I have now settled and am glad to report that from the minute I met Gary to now, he has been nothing short of a consummate professional. Rotating through multiple properties, Gary never battered an eyelid at the relentless pestering I was dishing out. He was always welcoming and freely offered advise as it was needed. At no time did I feel pressured nor did I think that I was being misled (not that I should). The negotiation process was well balanced and I beleive the price I eventually achieved was more than reasonable. Gary has been first class from day one until settlement, he was informative and ever willing to assist as concerns arose.
