Buying my first home was a very confusing, daunting and tiring process but having met Garry in Kings Park was the best thing that happened to me in my home hunt journey. Garry does exude the word HONESTY in his real estate practice. People would always say that real estate agents would only work for the vendors or home owners and never to trust them. But Garry disproved this saying. The moment I met Garry, he communicated with me in the most transparent manner and provided me a sensible discussion about the property that he was selling. He discussed with me the wishes of the home owner in terms of the price and provided just reasons why they do ask the price. I never felt that Garry was just there to act on behalf of the vendor and surprisingly I felt that he was there to guide me to have an informed decision with my home purchase. Whenever I do have queries about the property, Garry does come to reply in all forms of media whether through text, email and even call. Time is not an issue as well, he does reply early morning and late night if you have any questions about the property. Whenever I need to see him, he tends to make time for his buyers and advise a realistic timeline in meetings. Moreover, he does constantly update me with the progress of the sale. I would definitely recommend Garry to any vendors and buyers in Kings Park, Kings Langley and Western Sydney. Garry is the real estate agent that other agents should imitate in their business practice. He is knowledgeable, committed and trustworthy. Truly the best agent!

Cant recommend Garry Cooper enough apart from being a top bloke he is outstanding at his job . I have purchased 1 property from him and sold 3 . His attention to detail is outstanding , his one on one whether buying or selling is amazing , his no fuss attitude to his work is to be commended, he gives 110% all the time when ever needed.
