Dealing with Gary was an absolute pleasure. There's a feeling that Gary is almost a friend of yours who is helping you inspect the house and weighing up the pros and cons, as opposed to a salesman who is trying to get you to buy something. This freedom gives you the time/space to actually get a feel for the place without any pressure. There were no 'act fast' tactics or used car salesman vibes - just a good bloke who is helping you find the right home. During settlement, any query, doubt, concern, question was quashed immediately with details and more than adequate justification and conveniently over phone/text. Upon my first meeting with Gary you get that instant warm and friendly feeling of a human being actually cares about you and your property. I had two or three other agents come round and they all gave me unrealistic figure of what I could sell the house for. Gary’s price was realistic with the current market value.Has always been friendly keen And enthusiastic throughout the whole time that the house was on the market .
