While Gary is very well presented and friendly, we had a some issues with the sale of our property. We decided to go to market with an expression of interest which Gary had suggested would give us a higher return. Upon listing the house, the real estate listed our price enabling potential buys to know our price range limiting potential for higher bids. We have also asked on numerous occasions for a receipt for online advertising, which has been meet with deflection and false promises. We are still yet to receive a receipt and it has been the better part of a year.
