I am very sorry to hear that your buying experience fell short of the high standards I work hard to provide to both my buyers and sellers. I was more than a little shocked by your review as I thought I had done everything in my power to meet your demands regarding the changes to the internal walls of the property and believe both the seller and myself acted extremely quickly organizing trades to make this happen as quickly and professionally as possible and I thought, to your satisfaction.
I have been selling real estate for 12 years now, and pride myself on being hard working, honest & polite and this is clearly evident in the excellent feedback and reviews I have received in the past from both my sellers and buyers. However sometimes no matter how hard we try sometimes we cannot keep everyone happy.
You have purchased an exceptional property and I sincerely hope you both are happy and enjoy your time there.
