Gary immediately connected with the local demographic to better understand our property value and history. The appreciation and full understanding of the home, how and when it was built as well as the many optional additional extras the next owners could evolve made the engagement more valuable. With each open inspection the reality of the current market and value proposition was further explored. Communicating each and every interested party; and there were in excess of 50 expressing some form of interest, gave us an opportunity to assess week to week of the campaign.
