He gave a realist appraisal that we acknowledged, and we were happy with the price, and the short time frame on the market. We were delighted with the way Gary marketed the property, and were impressed with the photographs and promotional materials. Gary was always available to take our calls and very professional, and prompt in his communication with us, and the settlement of the legal and financial matters.

Gary was an excellent agent he had my mother's house sold within a week and for the money he said he would, he actually sold it the day of the first open house which was only 3 or 4 days after the house was put on the market for sale
