We were purchasing the house the Gary was the selling agent for, so I cannot speak to what he is like to sell a house, but purchasing with him was great. He was always quick to call me back, answered all my silly questions and even helped us with a couple of things after we settled which he obviously had no obligation to do. I’d be happy to work with Gary again.
Wouldn’t recommend. As a first home buyer I couldn’t think of a worse process to have gone through, was lied to multiple times and had the truth twisted to suit their own needs and wants. What should’ve been an exciting time was made extremely stressful because of the poor communication and white lies along the way. Was very condescending towards me & all round not an enjoyable experience to deal with.
