It is with distinct pleasure that I write this review for Gary Thomas. Initially we called on an other Real Estate Agent from a different firm but immediately decided we should call Gary in to our property for an appraisal as he actually sold the property to us some few years ago. We received not only informative and regular updates during the process but also very friendly/caring advice. We met with the Purchaser at one point during the close of sale and he actually let us know that we should feel very lucky to have had Gary represent us as he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful at every turn in the purchase. We were not at all surprised by this as it was our experience in both the purchase and sale aspects of our property. Feel totally relaxed if you appoint Gary to represent you in the sale of you home/land or property. We guarantee you will not be disappointed.
