Not only did Josh have the patience to persist when things appeared bleak, he had the fortitude to continue to strive for the best deal. In the end he secured a sale for a price considerably higher than either of us thought possible. At no stage did I feel he was encouraging me to accept an offer merely to get the sale over and done with.
