Josh is always doing his best to get his client the highest possible price on their property. My house took three contracts before the genuine client was secured. Not only did Josh have the patience to persist when things appeared bleak, he had the fortitude to continue to strive for the best deal. In the end he secured a sale for a price considerably higher than either of us thought possible. At no stage did I feel he was encouraging me to accept an offer merely to get the sale over and done with.
